After we spoke the other day I got to thinking about the work we have done over the past 18 years. We have worked on many different types of projects; new ground up, major renovation, minor renovation, existing building due diligence, energy studies and evaluations, lighting studies and evaluations, interior and exterior, etc ... When you think about it, the list is very long. Pretty much covering all aspects of construction and building evaluation.

Your approach to these projects has always been proactive, leaving nothing to chance or question. Attacking each issue as it arises has proven to be the correct course for you; the successful completion of these projects bears this out.

As you know, I have worked with many project managers over the years and I can say that working with you has not only been enjoyable, it has proven to be very informative and beneficial to myself. You bring a wide range of knowledge and a problem solving "sense" to the table. I am sure, that the parties involved in your future projects will come away with the same rewards that I have.
