I met Bill Johnson when he flew out to Boise to interview my company as a candidate for the contract to provide a design/build 67,182 square foot FedEx Ground facility. From the beginning it was clear we were dealing wrth a man who knew exactly what he was doing. Bill took charge immediately and guided us through a thorough interrogation designed to expose our abilities, our strengths, our weaknesses and our overall competence for the project being contemplated. Bill conducted the process in a professional manner.

EKC, Inc. was fortunate to be selected as The design/build contractor for the Boise FedEx Ground project. Throughout the design and construction of the project Bill was very much involved. When the inevitable issues arose, he was there to provide guidance and answers. We were asked to provide some extra services and Bill made it seamless by arming us with the necessary tools to get the job done. His stewardship of the budget process was thorough. He played it tough but fair. In the end, we were able to deliver the project on time and within budget. Bill Johnson had a lot to do with
causing that outcome. I would recommend Bill for any management project he contemplated. His abilities, his understanding of the process and his overall attention to detail assure he will succeed at any endeavor he pursues.
