RE: Letter of Recommendation for William (Bill) Johnson

To whom it may concern;

I was introduced to William (Bill) Johnson in 1995 when Energy Management Consultants, Inc. was asked to provide energy solutions for Shaw's Supermarket's.

I found Bill to be a dedicated and committed employee to Shaw's and then later to Berkshire Development Company.

Over the past 14 years, Bill has demonstrated that he has an extraordinary work ethic, great knowledge and pride in what he does, pays great attention to details, communicates very well with all and is firm yet fair with people.

Since 1995, Bill and I have become great friends. That friendship has allowed me to understand that it's very important to Bill to have a good balance in life. That balance includes working hard then spending time with family and friends.
