Alene Candles Warehouse Expansion – Milford, NH

NPC&M managed the warehouse expansion and process improvement for Alene Candles in Milford, NH.

The project included:

• Liquid Soy Process Improvement Project including Silo Farm.
  • Equipment and processes were analyzed to identify the cause of some production issues and NPC&M implemented solutions by revising the process and replacing equipment.
• Silo Farm expansion
  • Large industrial silos were brought in and installed to increase the storage capacity of materials.
• B2 Warehouse expansion
  • Expanded the warehouse to provide a larger manufacturing area, materials area, and added office square footage.
